John Maxwell says, "Although some have good character, it doesn't necessarily make you a great leader. Start within yourself, first!"

So, you start by leading yourself with Character first from the inside out!

Ironically, during my devotion this morning in John Maxwell's Leadership Devotional, he says, "We have an unhealthy tendency to see and reward the gift more than the character, but both are to be developed."

John is talking about how to lead a balanced life with CHARACTER being the most important ingredient.
